For some reason, even after being in this industry for years, I am always shocked when people tell me they "hate" Disney or would never go. But secretly, I love when a client calls and says, "Disney World is my idea of hell but the kids have been begging for years so I'm doing this for them. We're only doing this once so make it good!" It's all I can do not to cackle and rub my hands together gleefully because I know that this is an opportunity. Handled correctly this client is likely to call as soon as they get back and say, "We loved it! So next time we want to stay…"
