I had the opportunity to speak with a lot of Disney fans at MagicMeets last weekend and so got a whole slew of new FAQs! The number one question I got was in response to one of our banners advertising "Fee Free Planning." "What does that mean?" was the question asked throughout the day.
MEI & Mouse Fan Travel does not have any fees – period. We do not charge you additional fees for our services, if you have to cancel or change a reservation, for our dining reservation service – nothing! Now, there are fees that our suppliers may charge such as Disney’s cancellation penalties which depend on how far in advance you cancel or change your reservation. But those are fees that you would pay even if you book direct with Disney. I was shocked how many people thought that they would have to pay extra to use our services!
