Greetings fellow Mouse Fans!
As any Disney Cruise Line fan knows, the best way to get a great deal on a Disney Cruise, is to book one while ON a Disney Cruise! Raise your hand if you have at least one "placeholder" reservation floating around out there? Yup, that's what I thought. (My hand went up too!)
Thanks to a change in Disney Cruise Line policy, all of us with existing onboard bookings, have until November 30, 2015 to travel on those bookings. Here is the new policy for both new onboard bookings and existing onboard bookings:
"Disney Cruise Line has evaluated and adjusted the onboard sales booking offer. Now, Guests who book a future cruise while onboard a Disney Cruise Line ship will receive the following benefits:
• 10% off prevailing rates (as quoted on disneycruise.com)
• Up to US $200 onboard credit per stateroom
• Reduced deposit on sailings 7-nights or longer
With this change, Guests who book onboard must complete travel within 18 months in order to maintain these benefits. Guests who are unable to sail within this time period will have any current onboard booking benefits removed from their reservation. Guests can modify their sailing dates within this 18-month timeframe as long as these modifications are done outside of any applicable cancellation period.
This change will also apply to Guests with an existing reservation made onboard; however, Guests with an existing reservation will have an additional six-month extension and will need to sail prior to Nov. 30, 2015 in order to keep their onboard booking benefits."
Disney Cruise Line is currently booking cruises through April 2015. Once the schedule for all of 2015 is released, I anticipate a flurry of activity. Contact your favorite Mouse Fan Travel Planner today to make your plans!
Be well and make magic wherever you go!
