Greetings fellow Mouse Fans!
Continuing on with my list of my favorites resources for planning a Disney Vacation…
Podcasts (cont):
WDW Radio – Lou Mongello keeps his listeners in the know with podcasts, videos and live broadcasts on his site. He features the often overlooked aspects of Walt Disney World with his own unique sense of humor.
WDW Today – This panel-hosted podcast features four hosts who keep the discussion lively three times a week and provide great information and opinions on Walt Disney World.
PassPorter Moms Podcast – I'll get to PassPorter later but I just had to plug my own podcast! Along with my fellow PassPorter Mom, PassPorter Author Jennifer Marx, we serve up a healthy serving of tips, news and ideas each week.
Mousetalgia – This podcast features more West Coast-based Disney news highlighting Disneyland and the Walt Disney Family Museum. Listen to them to find out more about where it all began!
Wedway Radio – This podcast is devoted to exploring the history of the Disney theme parks as well as the Walt Disney Co.
Guidebooks:
PassPorter – Yes, I am completely biased. But that doesn't mean that PassPorter is not the best series of guidebooks out there! With books on Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and the Disney Cruise Line, PassPorter is a comprehensive set of books that no Disney fan should be without. Features reviews and ratings from the authors as well as their readers! And the PassPockets at the back of the book for daily planning and storing receipts, etc are a God send.
The Complete Idiot's Guide to Walt Disney World – Disney Planning 101 for the utter newbie. This book is jam packed with great tips and advice.
Getting in the mood:
If you are pre- or post-trip and just need a Disney Fix, pick up a copy of Celebrations Magazine and read it while listening to Mouse World Radio.
So that's it! My list of the best resources for planning for your next Disney vacation.
Be well and make magic wherever you go!
