Greetings fellow Mouse Fans!
Have you ever had a spectacular interaction with a Cast Member? I just had one myself! Michael at Disney's Magical Express was so helpful and so pleasant. But what really made our interaction special was the extra steps he took without making a big deal out of it! He wasn't trying to impress me or even make sure I knew that he was doing something extra that isn't normally done as a matter of course, and maybe if I weren't a travel planner, I wouldn't even have noticed. Which is what made it that much more special!
I believe that it is as important, if not more important, to let people know when they have done a great job. So as soon as I'm done with this post, I'm writing an e-mail to antispambot(‘wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com’).
Cast members are an integral part of your Disney experience. From the time you check in at the Disney's Magical Express desk to the time you board the bus to go home, they have been caring for you in ways you can't even imagine. So take a moment to praise a Cast Member who made your stay more magical!
