Multiple sites are reporting some changes to the current FASTPASS policies. Rumor has it that beginning March 7, 2012, Cast Members will begin enforcing the return time window printed on FASTPASS tickets. Currently, FASTPASS tickets have a one hour window on them. Cast Members have been alowing guests to use the FASTPASS any time after the start time of the window. (So for example, if your return time is 4:00 – 5:00 pm, you have been able to return any time that day after 4:00 pm and use the FASTPASS queue.) Guests returning after the end time of the window may no longer able to use the FASTPASS queue.
Not a new policy per se, just a new enforcement of an existing policy. It will be interesting to see how this impacts crowd flow as it is implemented.
