Greetings Mouse Fans!
Today’s FAQ: What does the basic Dining Plan include?
Answer: The Disney Dining Plan, as it is known, includes one table service meal (entree, soft drink and dessert or buffet meal), one quick service meal (combo meal, soft drink and dessert) and one snack per person, per night’s stay. (This is as opposed to the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan which I’ll get to later this week.) Pay close attention to the phrase "per night’s stay" as this is important!! If you are staying at Walt Disney World for 7 nights (which means 8 days), each member of your party (ages 3 and up) will get 7 table service meals, 7 quick service meals and 7 snacks for use during your trip. Many of my clients typically use the dining plan in this way – the snack credit is used for a breakfast item such as a muffin or yogurt parfait, the quick service credit is used for lunch and the table service credit is used for dinner. This means that you will have one day, typically your arrival day or your departure day that you will not be using the Dining Plan. Be sure to plan for this accordingly. Gratuities are not included!
Be well and make magic wherever you go!
